Therefore, any requests will only be accepted based on availability and the goodwill of the team.

Alterations

We accept alterations within 48hrs of receiving, that includes sleeve or length shortening or bust narrowing. Alterations cost and logistics charges will be bared by the client

Return/Exchange

We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless there was a mistake regarding your order from our side, please send us a WhatsApp (+971521818995) with the reason for the return/exchange, and we will send you further instructions. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts will not be accepted. We check the product's quality before sending them to ensure its perfect condition. We do not refund shipping, and return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
